Address Your new company A growing Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's South-East requires a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:
Providing 1 st level remote IT support for a broad client base.
Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio.
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
Answering calls and driving first time resolution on the Service Desk whilst contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing Level 1 IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
