Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Utilize data management techniques to facilitate reporting, analysis, and presentation.
- Oversee and execute purchasing requirements in alignment with the City’s Procurement Policies and Procedures.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as necessary to support the efficient functioning of the library network.
- Possession of a qualification in data/business administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated track record in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills, characterized by adaptability, initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Great written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft applications, including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
