The Role –
Join our dynamic Northern Rivers Team, who are dedicated to providing high-quality Vocational Education & Training services. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion opportunities in the region. You will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing partnerships, identifying new business avenues, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence and reach.
Responsibilities Include –
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the to establish strategic partnerships
- Growing Novaskill’s presence in the local community
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to promote training programs and services
- Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts
About You –
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles within the Vocational Education & Training sector is desirable
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable outcomes in a Business Development role.
- Local community knowledge and connections
- People person with an interest in networking and developing relationships
- Hold a current valid driver’s licence
- Working With Children Check
