About the Role
Litchfield Council is currently seeking a Library Programs Officer to facilitate a wide range of programs for children, teenagers and adults. You'll be a key member of the team, delivering a memorable customer service experience. You'll also be called on to assist with front counter administration tasks as required.
We are ideally looking for a person with previous library experience, as well as experience in planning and coordinating events and activities.You may have worked in a child care facility and have coordinated games, or perhaps you've been an Activities Coordinator at an aged care facility. Your ability to plan, manage and execute fun, engaging and interactive activities will be critical at our rural community hub.
It goes without saying that strong communication skils are essential for this role. You love engaging with a diverse audience and are friendly, supportive and always see the glass as half full.
