Nfinity Financials is a leading team of Mortgage Brokers dealing in residential and commercial mortgage broking. They have a strong database of clients who regularly acquire and sell properties.

Qualifications & experience

• Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to use Trisearch, LEAP, Smokeball and PEXA

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the supervisor and legal team to handle real property conveyancing cases.
• Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to
  conveyancing.
•  
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of transactions
• Team management skills as you will be required to lead and manage a team of support staff undertaking conveyancing work
• Undertake various clerical duties including file maintenance and management from own initiative, lodgement of dealings through PEXA.
