Licensed Conveyancer/Property Solicitor

A young, thriving and growing practice, we are excited to offer an opportunity to a senior Licensed Conveyancer/Property Solicitor who is well versed with residential transactions.

Prior experience in residential, off-the-plan and interstate transactions is essential. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting practice with genuine opportunity for growth.

The ideal applicant will: 

• Hold over 6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing;
• Have knowledge in QLD, SA and/or WA;
• Autonomously complete transactions from beginning to finish;
• Have experience with house and land package contracts;
• Be an expert with PEXA, LEAP and searches;
• Be able to manage conveyancing finances, including trust account entries;
• Be highly organised;
• Have the ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes;
• Be capable of working as part of a team; and
• Hold high attention to detail. 

The successful candidate will receive an exceptional remuneration package, to commensurate with their experience.
