Form of workBenchmark Legal Group (BML) is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to join our team.
BML provides Legal Property Services assisting clients with the sale and purchase of property including residential, rural, commercial premises and land.
The successful applicant must have:
- Experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer
- Maturity, confidence and flexibility
- Be highly motivated and ready to take on a new challenge
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Extensive computer skills
- Astute file keeping and due diligence practices.

Remuneration will be in accordance with experience.
The successful applicant will work in a collaborative team environment of licensed conveyancers and administration assistants.
Part time hours may be considered for the ideal applicant.
