The role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own and expand Flare’s B2C Lifecycle Marketing campaigns to drive adoption of our suite of workplace benefits. This role will be pivotal in growing our user base on the Flare app and would be highly suitable to a marketer with a track record of app-based and email marketing success.

How you’ll be making an impact

  • As our Campaign Manager (Lifecycle) you’ll be ideating, building and deploying below-the-line campaigns and user journeys across email, in-app notification, web experiences, SMS and social. 
  • Develop campaign initiatives across Flare’s suite of financial products including managing seasonal promotional calendars.
  • Continual optimisation of user journeys, developing best practices, sharing insights and key milestones across all activity. 
  • Build segmentation and personalisation with our communications, identifying key moments in time for interactions.
  • Design high performing email templates and landing pages. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Product teams and Flare partners to support the execution of our key initiatives within your programs of work.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Campaign Management with a focus on Lifecycle Marketing or email campaign delivery.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise multiple projects and operate with a high level of autonomy.
  • Competent on campaign tracking, goal conversion and email marketing best practices, including email deliverability.
  • Can articulate and build data requirements for our data team to further enhance segmentation and campaign reporting.
  • Brings both a blend of technical Lifecycle Marketing skills and creativity into the role.
  • Highly advantageous for the role is experience in app-based marketing.
