Your New Role
We are seeking a new Lifestyle Assistant to join our Walmsley Aged Care site based at Kilsyth on a Part Time Basis.
You will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.
What Your New Role Looks Like:
Providing a range of support and socialisation through the coordination and delivery of social, leisure and lifestyle activities and programs to promote wellbeing for residents.
Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
Building and maintaining strong relationships within the business, with our residents and family members
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive and live their best lives
About You
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.
Does this sound like you?
A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member
An interest in working within the Aged Care sector in a client facing role
Previous experience working within Events, Wellbeing or Lifestyle programs would be highly regarded but not mandatory
Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Available to work Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm each week
Have a driver's licence and a reliable car
Fully Vaccinated for COVID 19 and 2024 Influenza
