Our Lifestyle Support Superstars – assist our clients to Shine Bright and we are on a Mission to source the RIGHT person to support one of our clients in their day-to-day pursuit of an incredible life. 

Our client :- 

• Loves going bowling  
• Likes visiting Zarraffas Coffee Shop
• Is active 
• Has high behavioural needs

What you will bring :- 

• Life experience, ability and willingness to engage and be determined throughout behavioural tendencies. 
• A shared love of sports and activities. 
• A respect of our client's independence, and ability to read a situation where you can provide extra support and encouragement to overcome a few of life's hurdles.     
• Commitment and dedication, we are looking for an individual who is willing to commit to regular days and hours and be that dependable support to our client.   
• Your love of life and adventure, no two days will be the same, our client likes to remain active …. 

What’s on offer :

• Regular Hours 
• Your flexibility to step up to cover leave for your teammates;.
• A fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. (this is not a “sit on couch job”)    

Essential Selection Criteria:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid status)
• National Police Clearance
• Working with Children Check (Paid status)
• QLD Australian C Class Driver’s Licence with car insurance and registration
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

Desirable Selection Criteria:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or in progress)
• Hope and Healing Certificate
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) trained.
• Mental Health First Aid certified.
• Schizophrenia and Diabetes experience.
