- Managing the loan processing team to deliver end-to-end support from submission to settlement
- Actively seeking out ways to continuously improve the brokerage's approach to loan processing and client care
- Empowering the brokers to settle more loans with efficiency & effectiveness
- Supporting the Managing Director to deliver superior automation processes
- Collaborating with staff, clients, referral partners & lenders in the loan approval process
- Nurturing clients in the post-settlement and repricing phases of the client lifecycle
- 2+ years experience in a client services, broker support or similar role in the mortgage broking industry
- Proficiency with BrokerEngine is highly regarded
- Experience with Flex (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of the residential loan broking process from application to settlement
- Ability to work autonomously, in a team and with speed & efficiency
- Data entry & CRM experience (preferably in Mercury)
