Join us as a Local Area Coordinator, the driving force behind NDIA in your community. Use your dynamic people skills to connect participants with NDIS, guiding informed choices and contributing to plan development for enhanced capacity. LACs assist participants in exploring goal achievement and understanding plan funding dynamics.

Your role includes:
- Collaborating with individuals and families, ensuring access to community services and NDIA-funded programs.
- Building positive community partnerships for inclusive and accessible communities.
- Engaging in home and community meetings, involving regional travel.
- Flexibility for additional hours to achieve participant outcomes and community engagement.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Exceptional people skills, strong written communication, and time management.
- Experience exceeding KPIs, adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- A person-centered approach, empowering individuals and maintaining professional integrity.
- Relevant qualifications in disability, allied health, community services, or 2+ years' relevant experience.
What we can offer for you:
- Salary banding from $78,506 - $84,320 (depending on relevant qualifications and years of relevant experience) + Super
- Non-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,899 per annum tax free) and Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to the value of $2650 per annum tax free) (Part time and Full-time employees)
