A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Short Stay Team, emphasizing customer service, teamwork, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain policies for Short Stay Letting and Home Hosted Accommodation Local Law compliance.
- Provide oversight on legal requirements, manage complaints, and establish KPIs for compliance and enforcement.
- Offer expert advice to stakeholders on Short Stay letting and home hosted accommodation.
- Ensure team plans and budget align with legal objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on team operations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current 'C' Class Drivers Licence
- Experience in plan developments and applications of local laws
- Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications is highly desirable
