What this role looks like:
- Provide administrative support, process customer transactions, and resolve enquiries.
- Assist with development applications, customer bookings, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain systems and procedures, including development tracking and NAR (name & address register).
This role is 21 hours per week, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday as rostered between 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
- Positive and engaged individual.
- Holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration with over three years of related experience.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills.
