About the Role:
Logistics Coordination:
- Timely loading and dispatch of trucks.
- Completion of post-delivery paperwork.
- Booking transport depots.
- Scanning of all signed packing slips to the administration team.
- Ensuring VIC drivers adhere to Chain of Responsibility (COR) and company procedures, handling customer paperwork.
- Providing daily updates to Operations and Logistics managers.
- Submitting back-order & stock-take reports.
- Reconciliation of purchase orders accounts department.
- Handling store communications and maintaining driver relations.
- Proactively addressing customer service.
- Coordinating returns and maintaining communication with stakeholders and stores of delivery or return issues.
- Reporting and managing health and safety concerns.
