We are looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator available to start immediately with full time hours for 3-6 months.

Description
- Coordination of despatch activities to ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Schedule interstate plant to plant and direct deliveries to customer sites in Victoria
- Ensure chain of responsibility requirements are met with all deliveries loaded and restrained within legal/statutory requirements/standards/guidelines
- Responsible for all despatch inbox communication
- Ensuring Drivers follow arrivals procedures and complete site inductions
- Preparing and coordinating all despatch driver documents inc POD's
- Ensuring that appropriate follow-up action is taken to all enquiries.
- Comply with WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibility's matrix
- SAP, picking and unpicking deliveries.
- Processing pallet reports
- Processing returns to yard, PUMS's, and STO's
- Preparing and processing deliverable extra reports and stock write off transactions.
- Maintain driver run sheets
- Record all driver's entry and exits using Rapid Global.
Profile
- minimum 2-3 years logistics experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- SAP system experience
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on the customer
