Overview: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed, received, and dispatched in a timely manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to be empowered to work collaboratively in a high performing team to provide a high level of analytical support to drive distribution efficiency and service performance.
What You will do:
· Ensure all orders are processed include a picking list, and a delivery docket for the dispatch of product through enterprise resource planning tool, SAP.
· Organizes and co-ordinates transport as required for third party transport, or any other carrier as specified on delivery paperwork.
· Answers all inquiries from customers and representatives with regards to availability or delivery of products or ensure that they are directed to the relevant personnel for assistance
· Ensures all filing and archiving is kept up to date
· Ensure booking in of all stock transfer orders (STO) stock that is received into 3rd party sites.
· Ensure all orders are dispatched on time out of 3rd party manufacture production sites.
· Ensure all products are dispatched to all Inter Company STO’s on time
· Dispatching all Export orders
· Contacting customers to ensure deliveries can be made prior to deliveries occurring should dates change
· Arranging quotes on transport costs for Representatives and customers
· Organizing the offshore tanks to be dispatched as advised by the representative

Minimum Requirements*
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
· A strong understanding of Dangerous Goods laws and regulations
· Trainings required - M041 training and specific Dangerous Goods training courses as required.
