AddressThe Logistics Assistant role will give the candidate a hands-on experience in both a warehouse and an office environment. Wavelink is a of a growing tech business with our office and warehouse located in the same building. Because of this, the applicant afforded this role will get to experience a vibrant office in addition to a great warehouse atmosphere.
The successful candidate should be well organized, with attention to detail and able to multitask within an often-busy warehouse environment. A professional attitude and strong communication skills are essential. You must be pro-active, adaptable, comfortable going the extra yard, and have the ability to cope with pressure.
The product range consists of a range of cyber-security solutions sold into organization’s along with world-class communication devices and software that is primarily sold into the Healthcare setting.
About the role:
- Warehouse assistance
- Receipt of stock
- Inventory counts
- Shipping stock
- Shipping estimates via our partners
- Netsuite system updates – training provided
- Assisting the tech service team with unpacking devices and set-up as required in the office
- Responding to internal teams on tracking, shipping.
About you:
- Ability to lift and move large inventory
- Ability to work under pressure
- High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of working autonomously
- Interest or knowledge in technology solutions would be desirable
This role is based in our Hawthorn Office, the environment is lively with many social events throughout the year.
