Your new company Join an Australian import & distribution business as their Logistics Coordinator, joining the team in South Sydney on a permanent basis. Opportunity for an immediate start. Your new role In your new role as Logistics Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
End-to-end transport coordination, including planning of in-house fleet for Sydney metro deliveries, booking external couriers, generating consignment notes, and tracking deliveries.
Managing inventory across multiple third-party warehouses, communicating with 3PL providers, processing orders, and invoicing as appropriate.
Supporting across the wider team, including working directly with customers regarding delivery timelines, delays, and any potential stock issues.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated exposure to transport coordination, 3PL management, and inventory control.
Good systems competency, with a solid grasp of the MS Office package and ERP systems understanding.
A strong customer focus, with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
