Your Role:
As part of our depot Operations team looking after transport movement recording, operations administration support, stock management administrative functions for the Laverton and third party depots you will:
- Coordinate, schedule and document movements of equipment in real time for local drayage, relocations, deliveries, purchases, hires, and sales .
- Communicate pre and post delivery information to transport providers, third party depots, customers, suppliers, and internally.
- Process and update documentation in Customer Relationship Management software for daily movements, customer and supplier information, release orders, purchase orders, inventory, and product information.
- Liaise with external stakeholders eg. truck drivers both face to face and via phone.
- Liaise internally with depot Operations, Sales and Accounts teams to ensure customers receive great service and 1300SPAREBOX procedures are followed.
- Assist the wider team in any other ad hoc duties as required such as incoming phone call overflow, following up pre-delivery contracts, credit checks and payments.

- Microsoft Office platform experience particularly with Outlook, and ideally Dynamics 365 (high level of exposure to, and competency with technology is a must)
