MSM Milling is enjoying sustained ongoing growth, and is seeking a customer focussed, experienced Coordinator to join our friendly and engaging team.
Your opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager Seed, Grain & Meal. This position will have responsibility to coordinate the daily sales together with operational planning and scheduling, to ensure production, performance and quality meets customer demand for our meal and stockfeed products. This role is the central point of contact for customers and suppliers, while assisting in administrative support for the wider business.

Key responsibilities:
- Receive, process and fulfil customer orders
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of orders into production schedules and liaise with operations in regards to scheduled orders
- Manage meal storage to ensure oil and meal production is optimised
- Coordinate outbound logistics for all stockfeed products and manage import and distribution of specialised stockfeed products
- Customer management, understanding customer’s needs and assisting them with orders
- Provide general administration support and database management
About You
We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years administration experience, ideally with a background in sales support or logistics.
A customer centric attitude and good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS office and working knowledge of ERP systems
- Actively display initiative and ability to work independently
- High level organisational skills, ability to analyse information, make appropriate decisions quickly and proven problem-solving ability
