SalaryLeading International Fitness supplier located Rushcutters Bay urgently seeking a Logistics and Inventory Specialist.
Working in modern office facility Monday - Friday business hours with full access to gym and wellness program.
The role is challenging and demanding therefore you need prior experience having worked for luxury high end brands or spare part providers in similar capacity.
About the role:
- Responsible to monitor local Stock and rotation index, liaising proactively with Customer Service in case of discrepancies or wrong warehouse assignment management (i.e. used equipment), supporting Customer Service Coordinator in assuring the proper governance of stock management
- Alignment between accounting and physical stock, variance analysis, periodical stock-counting activities
- Weekly follow-up with 3PL on logistic activities on going acting as main contact point for 3PL
- Check of 3PL invoices and accounting assuring the proper cost accounting and variance analysis
- Periodical audit of 3PL delivery and installation and capabilities (skill matrix), coordinating any specific training activities needed to assure that 3Pl provide a service in line with brand positioning (logistic portal included)
- Core offer warehouse management and periodical updpate, as per HQ guidelines (where relevant)
- Custom & Duty process management (Imports)
- Inventory management and system maintenance
- Customer Satisfaction both domestically and Internationally
- 3PL SLA KPIs monitoring
- Rotation Index Finished Product
- half-yearly stocktakes
