The Role:
- Providing customer service support to new and existing customers
- Support the customer service manager
- Liaise with customers and successfully resolve escalations
- Plan and coordinate shipments
- Data entry and processing orders
- Investigating Freight issues
About You:
- Previous experience in logistics, order processing or fulfilment is highly regarded
- Exceptional ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- A passion for 110% customer satisfaction
- High level of attention to detail
- Team player who enjoys working towards individual and team goals
