Logistics Officer

Logistics Officer Required in Port Melbourne for a full-time role.

Your new role 

• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. 
• Scheduling and coordinating and maintaining daily communication for feedback.
• Working closely with supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures.
• Customer dispatch within set time guidelines as per our customer agreements 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience in a similar role is preferred or background in logistics admin or customer service.
• Driven and motivated to excel, you will have impressive customer service skills, demonstrated by your ability to form long-term value-added relationships.
• You will need strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
