This is a true generalist/management role, you will be reporting to our Commercial Manager and will have a remote resource at your disposal to build and execute on winning solutions for our prospective and existing customer base.

Role Overview:
You will play a vital role at Clique by managing, building, and executing on projects to provide winning solutions for new business, your results will directly improve profitability and the quality of existing business solutions. This will include taking a lead role in managing carrier relationships and the Machship platform. Your contribution to revenue growth and new customer acquisition will be incentivised accordingly.
Key Area’s of Focus
- Manage, Build and Execute on New/Existing Business Solutions
- Manage, Build and Execute on New/Existing Carrier Solutions
- Review and Identify areas of Improvement on Existing Customer Solutions
- Take the lead role in Management of Carrier Relationships
- Take the lead role in Negotiating Pricing and Cost Recovery with Carriers
- Implement and Manage Carriers on the Machship Platform
- Become a SME of the Machship Platform
- Invest time into Learning and Development to become an expert of the Freight Industry

Key Skills/Experience that is an advantage:
- Any relevant tertiary qualifications in areas such as supply chain, business, commerce etc.
- Previous experience in a similar “solutions focused” role is desirable however ultimately, we want the right candidate who is highly skilled, forward thinking, and progressive.
- Experience in taking the lead role in projects and project management whilst managing projects simultaneously.
- Up to speed with progressive technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) & understand how to use it to build efficiency.
- Skills in Power BI (or similar).
