PJ & AM Morgan currently have a few positions available for Hotel receptionists in a large, busy hospitality business based in Dysart, QLD with work starting August 2024 onwards.
Our Hotel Receptionist positions are mainly based in large hotels and/or restaurants. Previous experience is not necessary, but is advantageous. As well as a sound understanding of hospitality with a high level of customer service being paramount. Your role will generally entail; daily reception set up, organising and taking bookings, monitoring guests needs and ordering necessary equipment. Following instructions from the Hotel/Restaurant Manager, using POS systems for order placing and customer payments, taking phone bookings and updating the shared electronic planners.
All applicants MUST provide a Cover Letter and Resume. Successful applicants will be expected to attend an interview prior to employment.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and industry qualifications are not required, but are advantageous.
- Must be willing to take a medical.
- Happy to work in a team.
- Happy to do split shifts.
- Transport (not essential but advantageous).
- Must be willing to move.
- Good work ethic.
