We develop, distribute and market our products from our shiny new Coomera HQ, where we have a dedicated photography and video studio just waiting for your creative content ideas.

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Based at our Montii HQ in Coomera, an exciting opportunity for a Lunch Box Content Creator has opened up as we expand our in-house marketing team for this brand new role. 

This is a uniquely flexible position, with hours negotiable for the right candidate. A minimum of two days a week is required, up to four days if preferred.

As our perfect candidate, you are passionate and experienced at digital storytelling through video and phone photography content. You love the blend of creativity and technology. You create fun and delicious lunches suitable for kids and adults alike, and have a knack for creating recipes and playful food ideas that our audience will be inspired to recreate. You act with speed and identify new trends on social platforms, and can capture moments on camera, both in line with a brief or freestyle. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate unique and creative Lunch Box related photo and video content ideas in line with our content strategy. Our goal is to create lunchbox and food content that grabs our audiences attention in the feed - and inspires parents to recreate. 
• Identify content trends, and act with speed to join the trend with a MontiiCo twist
• Create photography and video shot lists, food shopping lists, and source required props for styling
• Prepare food in a fun way and style it within our Lunch Boxes, using our Lunch Box accessory products ready for photography 
• Capture phone video content, and edit to format as required for TikTok, Instagram or our website
• Capture basic phone photos - the ability to use a digital SLR is a bonus but not a necessity
• Add captions, text and graphics to video in line with our brand guidelines 
• Repurpose existing video and photography content to constantly create new angles and strategies.
• Create related blog posts, newsletter content and cross platform posts. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• You don't need a lot of experience if you can demonstrate you’re suited to the role and have a passion for social media - Instagram and TikTok lovers, we're looking at you!
• Content creation – proficient in phone photography (SLR a bonus but not necessary) / videography/ graphic design using Canva. Ability to plan and craft content with viewers, current trends and business objectives in mind.
• Post-production – Experience using editing software/programs.
• Collaboration & teamwork - Ability to collaborate with a team of marketing professionals and think outside the box to collectively develop new and creative ways to engage audiences.
• Research - Continually monitor social media trends, stay on top of this landscape and identify new opportunities and content genres to develop. 
• Awareness - Ability to ‘read the room’, identify impromptu content opportunities and ensure they are captured in real time.
• Production ability - To efficiently capture a variety of different shots, both in accordance with a pre-planned shot list or when unplanned.
• Ability to produce high volumes of content within an efficient timeframe.
• Ability and willingness to interpret feedback and make changes to content.
