Having a big focus on customer experience and being the first point of contact (face / voice) of our dealership we are looking for someone with the customer experience skills to be able to deliver a wow experience every single time. Experience in hospitality, reception or retail is a definite plus for this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming all guests in the showroom.
- Taking all phone and online enquiries and directing the phone calls accordingly.
- Overseeing the presentation of the showroom to ensure the highest levels of presentation are consistently observed.
- Ensuring Coffee Bar and Customer lounge are consistently immaculate.
- Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate.
- Administration duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Vehicle Registration duties are carried out in a timely manner.
To Be Considered:
- A commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- A confident phone manner.
- Well-presented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable however NOT essential.
