Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and guide a team of Client Advisors to set the standard for excellence in client service and sales performance.

- Exhibit agility and proactivity in leadership, adapting seamlessly to the dynamic landscape of luxury retail.
- Drive sales targets and uphold accountability for team KPIs, employing a strategic and results-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with boutique management to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the unique character of the Melbourne store.
