These roles initially start as casual positions, with potential for permanent opportunities for standout performers after 3-6 months, with the shift times for 7am - 3pm.In addition to maintenance tasks, you'll also:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and work instructions.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and machine setups as required for different machining operations.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and precision, adjusting as needed to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production schedules and workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and quality control purposes.
