About the role:
- High volume of data entry into the maintenance system (Maintenance Pro), which includes inputting work orders, labour hours, and parts/consumables
- Ordering and retrieving spare parts for scheduled maintenance works
- Assist the maintenance team to coordinate and plan maintenance jobs, preventative, and corrective maintenance works
- Generation of monthly reports for the management team
- Tracking of maintenance and downtime data
- Liaise with key stake holders within the business for scheduling purposes to ensure minimal downtime
- Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance works
- Other general administration duties
About you:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Maintenance Administration or a similar role
- Working knowledge of the NHVL is desirable
- Reliable and punctual
- High level of time management, organisation skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the project
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Holds a current Australian driver's license
