We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to assist the Maintenance Management team. The office is located in Kwinana. As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for the data entry, general administration, providing system support and raising purchase orders. This role will involve intermediate computer skills, excellent organisational skills, ability to work within a team environment, sound written and verbal communicational skills. This is a casual full-time role with potential to go permanent. The role: Data entry and administration Provide general administrative support to the State Engineer and Maintenance Supervisors both onsite and across WA. Raise purchase orders to maintain stores stock, parts levels and ensure required orders are purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner. Generate and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and standards jobs for fixed and mobile plant equipment. Assist the State Engineer with end of month reconciliation of stores and purchase orders. Manage and monitor maintenance software for all sites across WA. The successful applicant has the following skills and experience: Previous experience in an administrative role. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience. SAP or MEX knowledge (highly desirable). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Be a team player. Excellent communication skills. Have a hard-working nature and a positive 'can do' attitude.
