Form of workExpanding mining organisation, seeking an experienced Site administrator to support their maintenance team. Residential Geraldton region.
Techforce have partnered with one of WA’s leading miners as they expand their mid-west operations following a fantastic 2023. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Mining Maintenance Administrator to join the team. You’ll be charged with managing the administration process for a busy Maintenance team (fixed Plant/Mobile plant) across site. You’ll also be the first point of contact with external contractors entering site and will cover contractor onboarding, mobilisation support (flight/accommodation communications).
Within this role your Responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors/contractors including induction confirmation.
- Administration area maintenance orders and contractor support.
- Management of maintenance teams sharepoint, excel spreadsheets and aiding auditing.
- Arranging bookings of venues and events
- General administration duties
- Organise and archive documents in company order.
We’ll need you to have:
- Strong MS Office experience
- Understanding and management of purchase ordering/documentation (system)
- Manaual driver's licence
- Experience and strong understanding of Mining/Resources maintenance operations.
This role offers:

- 40 hour week, 07:00-15:00
