The Role
We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our busy Welshpoolteam. Working on our well-known client's contracts, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of weekly Timesheets for Payroll and other data and documentation including Invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Data processing, accurate recording and management of documentation
- Job number creation in our internal business systems
- Generate, review and post AR Invoices and Credit Notes
- Raising and receipting supplier Purchase Orders
- Liaise internally with Payroll, HR, Accounts, Finance and Procurement departments
- Assist the Operations team with contract administrative requirements and data analysis
- Provide general Administrative and Clerical Support
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role with Accounts and/or Payroll background
- Have a good work ethic, willing to make commitment and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Problem solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interaction skills
- Experience with SAP / ARIBA systems is advantageous, not essential
- Experience with D365 FO & CE systems is advantageous, not essential
