Located southwest of Townsville, the Pajingo mine is around 50km from Charters Towers and employs approximately 250 people to run the underground mining, open cut, and ore processing operations. Charters Towers is close to Townsville and the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef, and it offers all the facilities you would expect in a large regional town.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to work on a 5/2 4/3 roster based at our Pajingo site.
About the role:
- Daily data entry duties associated with SAP system; purchase orders, work orders, timesheets, meter readings etc.
- File and/or electronically store documentation; work orders, pre-starts, invoices, JSA’s, permits.
- General administration functions; filing, collation of reports, contractor hours, reception relief.
- Minute taking & updating of Mill Safety Minutes.
- Processing of invoices as required; create SES entry, submit to Accounts Payable for payment.
- Ordering of all Surface Maintenance safety clothing and boots.
- Creation of maintenance operation rosters
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with SAP, INX and Skytrust
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
