The Opportunity
As our Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining all administrative systems in relation to our onsite machine servicing requirements. You will also establish an effective system to manage our critical spare parts to limit risk of delays during machine breakdown periods. You will support with the development of future planning systems to manage machine availability information and support the materials planning process as required. Beyond these duties you will provide general admin support to our busy maintenance team.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a highly capable and organised administrator with excellent ability to build relationships across a variety of stakeholders. We are also seeking strong attention to detail and initiative to solve problems as they arise. Ideally you will have some knowledge of machine servicing however this is not a requirement of the role. We are also seeking an individual who is genuinely interested in our business and keen to build a career with us.
