Position Overview:
As an assistant Project Manager at FAST PM, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first class services to our clients and partners working closely alongside the General Manager. This is a dynamic position that requires a proactive, innovative, and organised individual to lead our estimating and onsite projects. You will be at the forefront, ensuring the seamless flow of work from project initiation to completion.
Job requirements:
- Experience in the construction/maintenance industry in a similar type of role is essential.
- Arrange for quotations to be sent for individual trades.
- Define scope of works.
- Input all data in job software,
- Basic estimating takes offs.
- Previous Admin scheduling experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience within a Trade orientated company.
- Good work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong Computer Skills
