This Queensland-based building and construction company that provides innovative building solutions for both the aged care construction, commercial and high-end residential sectors are dedicated to building better spaces for commercial and residential interior and exterior refurb and greenfield projects throughout the Southeast.
About the role:
- Daily entry of accounts payable invoices into MYOB and matching with Procore Database for subcontractors.
- Setting up subcontractors details on Procore system
- Assist with end of month Accounts Payable
- Lodging time sheets for several staff for payroll
- IT suport Drop Box Management / SharePoint Filing on PCs
- Liaise with external IT support for any maintenance or upating systems
- Social media updating on Facebook, Insta, Linked in.
- Knowledge of Construction ISO compliance and certification
- CM3 Certification
- New staff induction for uniforms, phones, laptops etc.
- General office maintanence including kitchen tidy, stationery, petty cash etc.
- Prepare and issue work/purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors and follow up on quotation.
- Maintain and update all project related documentation and communication through the job system for each project.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Construction databases
- Strong communication skills – dealing with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Social Media experience
- MYOB Experience
- Ideally worked for a commercial fit out & refurbishment builder Previous residential construction background
- Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Hard-working attitude with a professional manner and a committed nature
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience
- Professional corporate presentation
