ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will maintain buildings and physical assets and carry out routine maintenance tasks within the independent living units and residential care facilities in the Village.
This role is available on a full time basis in Bentley. You will also be required to be on-call one week every five to six weeks. Our maintenance team are friendly and supportive and take pride in the work they perform, providing assistance to our residents and employees every day.

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Competent in the use of hand/power machinery tools and good knowledge of common maintenance tasks
- Comprehensive knowledge of building and maintenance materials, resources and equipment
- Current "C" Class Drivers Licence
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
