Position: Structural Coordinator
Location:Mackay or CQ Area
Position Description: As a Structural Coordinator, you'll manage planning, quality processes, and performance of our Structural Crew. You'll contribute to our market position by retaining and acquiring customers, ensuring consistent work.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of boilermakers to complete specialized structural works.
- Plan, budget, and execute jobs according to client needs.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to set budgets and contribute to objectives.
- Foster a safety-focused culture aligned with our values.
- Coordinate with HSEQ Manager to ensure safety compliance.
- Liaise with Operations Managers for workflow coordination.
- Assist with tender documentation and compliance.
- Manage HR to support project delivery.
- Deliver QA reports at job completion.
- Build a network of potential clients
Tickets & Attributes required for the role:
- 5-10 years experience in similar roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Attention to detail at the highest level
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Being able to manage your time effectively
- Experience in mining demonstrated
