The Role

• Developing and implementing the R&M strategy for the site with a huge focus on the implementation of their CMMS system.
• Driving change management and continuing on the path of preventative maintenance and reducing machine downtime.
• One of the key focuses will also be managing system compliance and integrity around the CMMS System.
• Implementing and making sure the Asset Registry is up to date.
• You will receive hands on training in regards to the Transportation & Distribution Safety protocol, as you will act as an Advisor for the ANZ sites.
• Management of all contractors on site ensuring Permit to Work are in place and checking licenses for high-risk activities.
• Maintain equipment manuals and maintenance files, ensuring Quality Control compliance

Your Background

• Either Mechanical / Process Engineering or relevant trade & maintenance experience
• Experience contributing to the implementation of Reliability centred maintenance / preventative maintenance systems & processes.
• Highly skilled in maintenance planning with the ability to work with and implement CMMS systems.
• Focus on EH&S including Permit to Work & working directly with contractors.
• Understanding around Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written with excellent problem solving abilities.
