Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues to determine the root cause of mechanical failures.
- Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components with precision and efficiency.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- TIG/MIG Welding
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any safety concerns or hazards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter and be trade qualified. *Not for a mechanical engineer
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications
