Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant who has preferably worked in the Automotive industry (but not essential) and enjoys assisting and supporting a team, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and is a skilled multi-tasker.
Reporting to the State Administration Manager and located in our automotive retail dealership in Port Melbourne, this opportunity presents the chance to add value to a dynamic team.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Management of Vehicle Acquisitions and Disposals via VicRoads.
- Management of Stamp Duty/Transfer Fee payments within the System and via VicRoads
- Creation and Management of Deal Packs for all vehicle sales statewide.
- Invoice entering statewide - including liaising with Managers for approval of certain invoices
- Resolving any account queries and reconciling statements from suppliers.
- Updating shared Accounts spreadsheets
- Management of estimated costs on vehicles - assisting Senior Admin Manager to accrue for any expenditure items and the removal of these estimates when invoices are received
- General Office Administration and Reporting
