About The Role
As Maintenance Manager you primary responsibility will be to supervise & delegate duties to the various team members on a daily basis. You will ensure the smooth operation of the department, minimise and monitor department costs, complete and also manage the training of the team, complete administrative duties when required and ensure a safe work envionment.
About You
- Hospitality industry Experience and Knowledge a plus
- Culturally aware and flexible
- Excellent people motivator; good communication skills
- Excellent and fluent command of English, written & spoken
- An ability to apply your knowledge to a variety of tasks or projects
- A commitment to safety and the creation of sustainable outcomes
- Preferred possession of an electrical license for test and tagging (or a willingness to obtain one)
