HR Coordinator

Partnered Health is made up of a number of established businesses that have been delivering health services to more than five million people over the last 25 years including Jobfit Health Group, Partnered Health Medical Centres, Northcare Physio, Baseline Onsite, Fuel Your Life, Compass Group and New View Psychology.The HR Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle on a day-to-day basis including recruitment, onboarding, compliance and offboarding based tasks. This replacement role is essential for working together with our established HR team to continue supporting our valued managers and staff with HR related work.

In addition, the HR Coordinator will also support the HR leadership team with executing on strategies across our various business units whilst in the process, continuing to gain exposure and development into further areas within HR including retention, engagement, performance, wellbeing, injury management as well as learning and development. 

This position offers an opportunity for a HR Coordinator to learn from industry professionals and enhance HR related skills in a supportive, fast paced and dynamic environment. 

About You:

• Experience: 1-2 years' experience working in human resources or people & culture (experience with injury management is highly desirable although not required).  
• Qualification: Tertiary level qualification in human resources or equivalent. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Have a collaborative and team first approach who can contribute to a positive work environment. Display empathy and a caring attitude towards all, setting a positive example for the wider business. 
• Organisational Skills: Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Fair Work principles and the ability to interpret Award based information.
• Passion and Motivation: Be passionate about supporting people and demonstrate a motivation to support both your personal and professional growth. 
• Resilience and Adaptability: Possess resilience and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Communication and Creativity: Exhibit excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
