About the Role
Based at Adelaide Parklands Terminal, supporting the General Manager, Maintenance the key responsibilities include:
- Management and oversight of trades/maintenance staff across the business
- Oversee workshop facilities and equipment, including calibrations, upgrades, and general upkeep
- Manage relationships with maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms
- In collaboration with the General Manager manage the budget for maintenance expenses.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Maintenance Manager to support our Maintenance function. Looking for someone with experience and qualifications in an Electrical or Mechanical trade with proven leadership experience. We are looking for that unique blend of a commercial and people leader who understands the financials and creates a good team culture.
