AddressIf you’re an experienced Maintenance Manager, with strong project management skills, superior analytical and problem-solving skills and looking to grow your career with a South Australian owned Company, then this is the role for you.
This role is based at the stunning Beresford Estate amongst the picturesque vineyard, and also oversees the historic 23rd Street Distillery in Renmark, as such travel between the two sites will be required.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Making this role your own you will provide a high level of property maintenance support to the Beresford Estate and 23rd Street Distillery. Drawing on your experience in a similar role you will coordinate day to day upkeep, repairs and maintenance whilst also managing projects as required.
- You’ll have strong business acumen – As a hands-on operator, you will assess all needs, scoping work, assessing feasibility and submitting insights and recommendations including budget estimates to suit the business objectives.
- You’re a Project Manager – Liaising with senior managers of the business you will manage property development projects for the group, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
- You’re proactive – Developing a preventative maintenance program and conducting regular inspections, you will be ahead of any arising issues.
- You have an eye for detail – Investigating the maintenance needs of each property, you will identify and resolve areas for improvement.
- You’re a leader – Overseeing the Maintenance Offer and Estate Gardener, as well as coordinating trades and contractors, you will lead by example to manage maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- You’ll be reliable – Undertaking emergency maintenance and repairs to each property, you will be readily available to take on ad hoc tasks as they arise.
