Position Overview
As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a crucial role in the post-construction phase of projects. You will be responsible for undertaking minor works, dealing with customers and also dealing with and managing sub contractors.
Key requirements:
- Support the management of contractors to ensure maintenance activities are conducted to appropriate standards within agreed timeframes
- Issue, manage and track service requests and work orders to appropriate contractors
- Provide an elevated level of Customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi task across multiple jobs
- Trade background, preferably carpenter
- Strong customer service experience
- Understanding of building maintenance, residential and commercial buildings
- Able to coordinate and work with building contractors for fixing, maintenance
- Service and Warranty experience preferred but not essential
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to complete the following repairs to the highest of standards:
- Paint
- Minor plaster work
- Carpentry adjustments
- General maintenance
- Minor tiling work
- Caulking
