Salary: $71,574 - $80,451 p.a. plus 11% SuperPermanent/Full-TimeAdverse Working Conditions AllowanceAbout the roleThis is a permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 4.00 pm position working 38 hours per week. This position is located at the Ulladulla Leisure Centre.DutiesReporting directly to the Precinct Coordinator – South, the focus of this position is to:To supervise tradesmen and contractors on various building construction and maintenance projects within the ShoalhavenTo coordinate contractors, and plant and materials for projectsTo liaise with customers across the organisation as well as members of the publicTo carry out building condition assessment inspections and record information in data basesTo carry out maintenance and construction works as required.To prepare accurate estimates and quotations utilizing computer software, for building worksTo utilise computerized estimating softwareOn call – Being available to be on-call and complete reasonable overtime is a requirement of this position.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:Certificate IV in Building and or Construction or equivalent experienceProven trade experience at a senior levelCurrent National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork NSW)Current Class C Driver’s LicenseWillingness to obtain a First Aid CertificateA current NSW Working with Children CheckProof of Australian residency or citizenshipThis position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check.
