Your New Role
We are on the hunt for a passionate experienced service focused superstar to help support our team of service professionals to deliver exceptional handyperson services to our community of residents.

You will work on-site in our brand-new premium building located in Docklands, to provide high-quality repairs and maintenance for our resident community.
Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Officer, you will work in partnership with the Facilities and Resident Experience team ensuring the building is well maintained and the resident handy work requests are attended to with care. You will also be responsible for ensuring all essential service equipment and plant equipment are maintained at a high level by managing the various contractors employed to conduct regular services. You will also be essential in the make ready process of preparing apartments for residents. This position is also responsible for coordinating the maintenance of Fire (equipment and compliance) Services and other Essential Safety Measures (including the monitoring and compliance functions) supporting contractor management, WHS and compliance requirements, including ensuring all works are compliant to Australian standards.

You will have a minimum 3+ years in a general maintenance role. Hotel experience would be advantageous. You will have exceptional interpersonal communication skills paired with excellent time management and the ability to work unsupervised. Your level of customer service along with service resolution skills shine and you’re a team player.
